Before Appointment

Massage + Chiro chooses not to treat any open active cases regarding motor vehicle accidents or work related injuries.

If you’ve been involved in a car accident or work related injury and you have retained an attorney or working with insurance, we advise you to seek care at another facility.

During Appointment

Patients are to keep underwear on during the massage.

We reserve the right to refuse service.

Comments, innuendos or sexual advancements toward our staff will result in immediate termination of treatment.

Please turn off all electronic devices unless medically necessary.

Cancellation

When our office books your appointment, we are setting aside a dedicated table and time slot just for you. We ask that if you must reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy allows you to give your reserved time slot to another patient who may be in pain or want to get in as soon as possible. For pre-paid packages; lack of 24 hour notice results in deduction of that follow-up visit.
