Spinal and Extremities Adjustments:
Dr. Brustein utilizes specific chiropractic adjustments in conjunction with massage, dynamic stretching, and various therapies. The goal is to remove structural or nervous system irritation, pain, and discomfort.
While being placed on a Chiropractic table, Dr. Brustein will apply a gentle low to high-velocity force type of adjustment. An adjustment is also known as a “joint mobilization”.
You will likely hear cracks and pops, but these adjustments are generally painless and no different from popping your fingers, stretching before a workout or in yoga class. You may even feel immediate pain relief.
For your best comfort, we recommend wearing athletic clothing or yoga pants.

When our office books your appointment, we are setting aside a dedicated table and time slot just for you. We only ask that if you must reschedule your appointment, you please provideus with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your reserved time slot to another patient who may be in pain or wanting to get in as soon as possible.
Existing pre-paid packages are charged for that visit for not showing up to scheduled appointments.
