Types of Massage:
Deep
Deep pressure applied by use of forearms, fingertips, knuckles, soft fist, elbows or special tools.
Swedish
Light to medium-long strokes along the body.
Myofascial Release
Release of tension, adhesions, and fascia (connective tissue) around the muscles, nerves, and bone.
Trigger-point
Thumbs, elbows, fist, special tools, to break up knots and release entrapped nerve fibers.
Sports
Muscle, tendon, ligament and joint flexibility to a specific injury for the training athlete.
Lymph Drainage
Long strokes along the lymph system to drain congested fluids out of the muscle.
Postural/Cross fiber
Working across the grain of the muscle to restore muscle symmetry, while breaking up trigger-point knots, scar tissue, and congestion.
Clinical/Pain Management
A diagnosis determined by a Health care provider (Chiro-DC and/or MD, DO, PA, FNP, DPM, DDS/DMD) who is referring a patient for medical necessity (acute or chronic condition).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
When our office books your appointment, we are setting aside a dedicated table and time slot just for you. We only ask that if you must reschedule your appointment, you please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your reserved time slot to another patient who may be in pain or wanting to get in as soon as possible.
Existing pre-paid packages are charged for that visit for not showing up to scheduled appointments.
*Repeated cancellations or missed appointments will result in loss of future appointment privileges.
24 hour cancellation required. Call, email, text, walk-in must occur within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or there is No refund for the day’s services.
