Do I see the Chiropractor or Massage therapist?
Massage:
Spasm, tightness, ache, or cramping in muscles.
Chiropractor:
Headaches, neck, mid/shoulder, lower back joint pain, tingling, numbness, weakness, sciatica, pinched nerve, disc issues, sports injuries, and spasms, tightness, aches, or cramping in muscles.
Does my Insurance cover this?
HSA and FSA cards are accepted and apply.
For reimbursement:
Massage + Chiro will supply you with an itemized bill of sale, including the ICD-10 codes, CPT codes along with Dr. Brustein’s NPI # and Tax ID #. Will display a $0.00 balance. Submit to your insurance carrier.
For a greater probability of reimbursement we suggest a referral from your PCP: MD, DO, PA, FNP, DPM, DDS/DMD.
What to expect on my first Massage visit?
The therapist will intake your initial information and sign HIPAA (we are a clinic).
The therapist & client will discuss the primary concerns and customized style of massage and pressure.
All clients are draped appropriately.
Underwear is to remain on the entire time.
Inappropriate sexual innuendos terminate massage immediately.
What to expect on my first Chiropractic visit?
Dress comfortably. (Gym attire, yoga leggings…etc).
Dr. Brustein will intake your information and ask you to sign HIPAA.
He will discuss with you regarding pain/discomfort and areas of concern. He will perform a thorough evaluation followed by a detailed explanation with visual 3D Apps.
He will then recommend the proper course of treatment. Whether it be massage, stretching, chiropractic adjustments, adjunctive therapies, fitness training and/or blending them all.
Dr. Brustein also refers to X-rays, MRI, CT, Ultrasounds, blood/urine lab work or any specialist (PCP, Pain management, Orthopedist, Neurologist..etc)
