Do I see the Chiropractor or Massage therapist?

Massage:

Spasm, tightness, ache, or cramping in muscles.

Chiropractor:

Headaches, neck, mid/shoulder, lower back joint pain, tingling, numbness, weakness, sciatica, pinched nerve, disc issues, sports injuries, and spasms, tightness, aches, or cramping in muscles.

Lanny has done a wonderful job with a very painful neck problems that have caused me much discomfort. After only three appointments I believe I’m back to 95% full health and I’m sure he will get me to 100% at our next appointment.

He used a combination of massage, chiro, electrical stimulation and rehab to help alleviate the pain. Lanny and his staff have been fantastic. He even comes in early to accommodate my work schedule. I wholeheartedly recommend Lanny and Massage + Chiro for anyone with neck, shoulder and back problems.
