If relief not sufficiently attained on the first massage, then the problem area or areas probably requires a bit more attention. Trouble spots, inflamed knots, and active trigger-points can be addressed in a short time frame. (3 or 6 pack)
The massage therapist at Massage + Chiro is more clinically based on unresolved areas in the neck, shoulder, mid, lower back, hips, arms/legs, hands/feet.
